Thoughts & Prayers, along with Dianne's 2017 film "The Door," and her screenplay "Hidden Treasures" were Official Selections of the International Christian Film Festival, Orlando, Florida, May 1 - 4.
​
In addition, Thoughts & Prayers was nominated for Best Screenplay.

August 2018:
The Results Are In... WINNER!
At the August 25th 168 Film Festival in Los Angeles, Thoughts & Prayers was awarded the Evangelista Award for its clear presentation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For co-writer, co-producer, and co-director Dianne E. Butts, this is the second year in a row her film has won that award!

July 2018:
​
In May 2018 I again produced a short film for the 168 Film Project. This year, however, I traveled to Los Angeles to produce it there.
​
We had a GREAT team. Had a fun adventure filming it. Got it turned in by tthe deadline. (This is a speed film-making event. Teams all over the word get 168 hours to make a film!)
​
And the RESULT?! Our film has been nominated for FIFTEEN awards!!!
​
Yeah, you read that right. 15 award nominations! You can see the list below. We will learn who wins which categories at the 168 Film Festival on August 25th, 2018.
